About the roleOfficer Plant TS is responsible for supporting maintenance process for Thiess Australia, Chile, USA, Indonesia & Mongolia Operations as part of Asset Shared Services activity.In this role, you will:Data Process/Database Function: Manage data processing & analysis.Set up Reporting & Automation script to improve efficiency inside the team.Support ad hoc task as required by manager. Asset Shared Services Function: Generate weekly and monthly Plant Performance report for Thiess Australia, USA, & Chile MiningComplete the defect and close defect report management in daily basis and support all Australia, USA, & Chile Mine Sites in weekend overtimeSMU Entry & Upload for Australian Mining sites in daily basis and support in weekend overtime.Process JPS to create WO and close workorder includes document renaming and document attach to the JDE Workorder.Process various support entry for site Plant team, includes Timesheet, fuel and oil record in daily basisGenerate Asset Management Report for whole Thiess OperationSupport to update planned life & PM Strategy Information required for Australia, Chile and USA Mine Site About you Bachelor's degree in system information, Informatic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management1 - 2 years experience in managing data processing & analysis.Set up Reporting & Automation script to improve efficiency inside the team.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written and verbal.Excellent Ms Excel skillData process / Database skill (Sql, Phyton, reporting platform Tableu, Power BI)Attention to detail and good analytical skill.
